4. Accuracy of Results

5. Advertising

Speedelly is free and supported by advertising. By using the Service, you agree to see advertisements displayed by our advertising partners (currently Google AdSense).

6. Limitation of Liability

Speedelly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided free of charge and without warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Speedelly is the property of Speedelly and its creators. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service without permission.

The Service measures speed using third-party network endpoints. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any network, CDN, or ISP provider.
