1. Who we are

Speedelly ("Speedelly", "the Service", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Jackrabbit Exports Private Limited ("the Company"), Mumbai, India. You can reach us at our contact page or by email at hello@speedelly.com.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) to use the Service. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. The Service

Speedelly provides free, browser-based diagnostic and utility tools (including internet speed, network, hardware, privacy and performance tools). Most tools run locally in your browser. The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", and we may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice or liability.

5. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful personal purposes. You agree that you will not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • attempt to overload, disrupt, attack, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, data-mine or copy the Service except as permitted by law;
  • circumvent, block or interfere with security mechanisms;
  • upload or transmit malware or use the Service to infringe the rights of others;
  • resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, code, design, text, graphics, logos and the "Speedelly" name and branding are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence above. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Feedback and submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Results are indicative — no professional advice

All measurements, scores, grades and outputs are estimates that depend on your device, browser, network, server load and timing, and may be inaccurate or unavailable. They are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, security or engineering advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision or dispute (including disputes with an ISP). 9. Third-party services and advertising

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including (without limitation) content-delivery and test networks (such as Cloudflare and jsDelivr) and IP/geolocation providers used by specific tools. The Service currently displays no advertising and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any ISP, CDN, network or third party, or for third-party content or links.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company, its owners, directors, employees or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, devices or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, directors, employees and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited data is processed when you use specific tools.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
